You can now book an appointment to receive your COVID Vaccine Booster Dose. Please NOTE that a minimum of 6months interval is required between your 2nd dose and your Booster. Individuals less than 18yrs are NOT currently recommended to receive a Booster.

If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms, awaiting a COVID test result, in isolation or quarantine, we can provide you with a Video Telehealth or Telephone consultation.

For the safety of other patients – especially the vulnerable in our community – please book a Telehealth appointment if you are experiencing symptom(s) like runny nose, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, fever >37.5 degrees, loss of taste, loss of smell, headaches, sore ears, muscle aches and pains, fatigue, diarrhoea OR you are awaiting a COVID-19 test result, have been ordered to isolate or quarantine, have been to a COVID-19 exposure site or returned from a COVID hotspot within the last 14 days.
Our doctors are technologically equipped and also experienced in providing Telehealth consultations via video and telephone.

Medicare rebate is applicable to Telehealth appointments in instances where (i) the patient is in COVID-19 isolation because of a State or Territory public health order (ii) the patient is in COVID-19 quarantine because of a State or Territory public health order (iii) the patient is located in a COVID-19 hotspot as declared by the Commonwealth Chief Medical Officer.
If none of the 3 criteria listed above is met, Medicare rebate for Telehealth appointments will only apply if (i) the patient has consulted the doctor face to face within the preceding 12 months or (ii) the patient has been consulted face to face at the practice within the last 12 months.
If none of the above criteria is met, our doctors are still able to provide Telehealth consultations. However, such consultations will be fully paid for by the patient and no Medicare rebates may be claimable in such instances.
Our readily accessible, brand new, purpose-designed, secure facility is designed to warmly welcome and cater for all. KENOLTA Medical Centre is strategically located in a precinct with ancillary services complimenting a primary care medical hub including a pharmacy. Pathology collection services will shortly become available at the practice.
